SUMMER PICNIC/ICE CREAM SOCIAL - Coordinate date, location, food, invites, rsvps, etc. (Pace Booster Club Officers)

 

SPIRITWEAR - Parents order at summer and early fall meetings. Coordinate ordering and distribution of spiritwear.

 

TEAM DINNERS/BREAKFASTS - Coordinate three team dinners and two breakfasts.

 

LOCKER DECORATIONS - Coordinate simple locker decorations 4-5 times a year for band competitions, dance competitions and Extravaganza.

 

DANCE CLINIC - Coordinate fall dance clinic. Watch for details.

 

PUBLICITY - Submit new team, camp, fall clinic, competitions and Extravaganza photos to the Sun and Star.

 

PICTURES/VIDEO - Scan photos and help coordinate the video for the banquet.

 

GIFTS, FLOWERS & SNACKS - Homecoming corsages, flowers for seniors, band competition balloons, snacks for band competition. Flowers and snacks at dance competition and gifts.

 

FUNDRAISING - Car Washes, Flip Flops, Sheridan Coupon Books. Set up shifts to sell at different events.

BANQUET - Coordinate banquet for early May.

 

DANCE COMPETITION and EXTRAVANGANZA - Separate committees. We need everyone to be involved to make these both a huge success.

 

WEBSITE - Maintain and update website all year.
